Chocolate Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients for

Chocolate Oatmeal Pancakes

  • ½ cup Pinole Chia Oatmeal Original
  • ½ cup nut milk
  • ½ very ripe banana
  • 1 scoop plant based chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 flax egg (or egg)
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Avocado oil

Instructions for

Chocolate Oatmeal Pancakes

1. Blend Pinole Chia Oatmeal, milk, banana, protein powder, cacao, baking powder, flax egg, sweetener and vanilla extract.

2. Grease a pan with oil and cook pancakes at medium heat.

3. Flip the pancakes when you start to see bubbles on top.

4. For the (optional) chocolate syrup, mix together: 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 2 tablespoons almond milk, ½ tablespoon maple syrup.

5. Top with your syrup and more chocolate chips and ENJOY!
