SAN DIEGO COUNTY ATTRACTIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Shop local and explore San Diego’s food culture with these great homegrown businesses
There’s at least one farmers’ market happening in San Diego County every day of the week.
Around 50 certified farmers’ markets convene weekly in the greater San Diego area, Monday through Sunday. Having a mild Mediterranean climate and over 360 organic farms means there is an abundance of fresh, local produce year-round. Farmers’ markets also offer food shoppers access to locally produced beef, chicken, turkey and other fowl, pork, lamb, rabbit, local fish and shellfish, cheese, organic dairy, and cheese from Southern and Northern California.
Our editorial team tracks and monitors the status of farmers’ markets in our region and contributes updates to this list. You can also help us stay current by sending corrections and additions to info@ediblesandiego.com with the subject line: Farmers’ Market Update.
