Preparation

Soaking the walnuts in a closed container in the fridge overnight will make them blend to a creamier texture and improve their digestibility.

Instructions

Drain the soaked walnuts and discard the water. In the cup of a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients with one cup water. Blend on high until well combined. Add more water, if needed, a few tablespoons at a time.

Serve immediately or freeze in individual portions.
