A watermelon refresher to help you unwind

This mocktail with watermelon and mint is a delicious, healthy, and relaxing treat even without the CBD, so sip, cool off, and enjoy

This refreshing summer recipe makes a large batch of watermelon and mint juice that will keep in the fridge for two to three days. To serve, simply pour it over ice along with sparkling water and your favorite CBD tincture mixed in. This recipe was tested with Cordial Organic’s Enhance Whole Flower CBD Herbal Tincture.

Ingredients

  • 4 limes, juiced (slice a 5th lime for garnish, optional)
  • 4 mint leaves
  • ½ large watermelon, rinds removed, cubed
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Cordial Organic Enhance Whole Flower CBD Herbal Tincture (40 milligrams of CBD per full dropper)
  • Ice
  • 48 ounces sparkling water
  • Mint sprig, watermelon slice, and lime slice for garnishing
  • Makes 6–8 servings

Instructions

  • Make a batch of juice by blending juiced limes, watermelon, mint, and salt for 1 to 2 minutes until puréed.
  • Pour the watermelon and lime juice mixture into a pitcher.
  • Once ready to serve, pour 8 ounces of the juice into an ice-filled glass.
  • Top it off with sparkling water and a full dropper (40 mg) of desired CBD tincture.
  • Stir to combine and add pieces of mint, watermelon, and lime for a fun garnish and snack
