Here's a Fresh Salsa Verde full of tomatillos, avocado, and all the vibrant green flavors you could possibly want!

Ingredients


Serves 4

  • 6 large tomatillos, peeled, wash off the sticky, and quartered
  • Handful of cilantro leaves
  • 2 green onions, rough chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ jalapeño* (*Include seeds for spice or remove seeds to make mild)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black ground pepper
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until combined.
