Lisa Ormsby is a San Diego-based conscious living, meditation, and wellness writer and photographer. She was born in Rochester, NY and grew up in a Korean family.  She attended Long Island University where she studied English and Writing and traveled abroad throughout Europe and Asia in her later years there. In 2006, she moved to San Diego to follow the California Dream and met the love of her life (They've been married for 12 years now!) She is a member of San Diego Writers Ink, San Diego Memoir Writers Association, and Thought Leaders Who Write. She is also on the Art of Fashion Committee through Country Friends, which is a non-profit organization that fundraises for a number of charitable agencies. When she’s not writing, you can find her spending quality time with her husband and furry baby somewhere within Mother Nature’s splendid array of parks and beaches.
