Alicia Pivirotto-Pearlman grew up eating from her parents’ garden and cooking in her family’s kitchen. She teaches cooking classes in which menus are curated based on seasonality and simplicity. She prides herself on sourcing ingredients from local farmers, fishmongers, and markets.
