Bivouac Ciderworks has been a North Park neighborhood staple for the craft-beverage loving foodie since 2018. Woman-owned and woman-made, Bivouac Ciderworks features flavorful craft ciders for every palette—from the most popular San Diego Jam, a crisp juicy blackberry cider, to their most-most recent release Haywire Twist, “dirty” chai cider, a spiced apple and pear cider infused with espresso from Caffe Calabria.. The cidery is always here for fun offerings, events, and collaborations.

This holiday season, Bivouac has launched Club Biv, a monthly cider and tasting club. Members receive a four-pack of hard cider each month, a piece of branded merchandise such as a t-shirt featuring their outdoorsy logo, a special membership keychain to denote the elite club status, discounts in the taproom, early access to special release ciders, invites to tasting events, and more. Inaugural memberships are $100 for six months and if you purchase on their website this week, you can pick up the first four-pack of Bivouac Cider to have under the tree by Christmas Eve! 


Everyone knows our local economy needs more support than ever these days, and local breweries and restaurants, and the people they employ have been hit hard this year.
