Today, she brings her lifelong dream Mexica Fé to fruition through her restaurant—a vibrant space designed to delight locals and tourists alike. Her culinary creations artfully blend the rich traditions of Mexican and Chinese flavors, resulting in a unique and harmonious "desert cuisine" (Cocina de Desierto) that pays homage to her roots and surroundings.
